No risk in booking
No payment is required in advance — you only pay at the end of the tour, and only if you actually join us. This means there's no financial risk in booking: if your plans change and you need to cancel, simply let me know as early as possible so I can offer your spot to someone else — you won't be charged anything.
If I need to cancel
If I need to cancel or postpone your tour myself for safety reasons (rare, but it can happen with dangerous sea conditions), I'll contact you as soon as possible to find another available time — again, at no cost to you, since no payment is ever taken in advance.
A world of courtesy
Since there's no deposit involved, this flexibility also relies on your courtesy: letting me know about a cancellation as early as possible helps me offer that time slot to someone else.
